Background images in "Categories" tab are shown in low resolution

• Device OS and version: GrapheneOS 2024121200
• Device model/manufacturer: Google Pixel 6a
• F-Droid version (in the About screen): F-Droid Basic 1.21.1

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

• Turn off network
• Open F-Droid Basic
• Open "Categories" tab

What did you expect to see?

The background images in full resolution.

What did you see instead?

The background images in low resolution.

When I scroll past them and then back to them, they're shown in full resolution.

I believe to remember this behavior from when I started using F-Droid around one and a half years ago, not sure though.
