App details loading - don't leak currently downloading progress

• Device OS and version: Android 13, 14
• F-Droid version (in the About screen): 1.21.1, Debug
• F-Droid privileged extension version (if installed): no

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

Look at app details

What did you expect to see?

App details

What did you see instead?

App detail take longer to load

During this time I see a framework/template of the app details screen elements that will be shown

If no app is downloading, after the delay, the details are shown

If an app is downloading at this moment, the download progress bar appears on screen:

I can't repro the slowness to load app details at will, but this was reported before in the dev chat by me at least
