What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

Installed F-Droid, searched for NewPipe, opened corresponding app details page.

What did you expect to see?

A visible distinction between app versions from the official F-Droid repo and NewPipe's preinstalled / included repo or the option to select the preferred repo.

What did you see instead?

No difference, two identical entries for each version and no option to choose a preferred repo.
