!1207 introduced a merge conflict with Weblate

cd5023fb in !1207 (merged) introduced a merge conflict with Weblate. In general, edits to strings.xml should only happen after a translation sync. The easiest fix is probably to revert cd5023fb, then do the translation sync, then reintroduce it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
