Basic - UX clarify between apps that can be autoupdated or not
Given that the new root-less API for updates will update apps under certain conditions (prone to be changed in the future on a rolling basis per Android version update and/or Google whims), app updates might be seamless or (surprise!) need manual intervention.
Since apps targetSDKs
are not user visible, it's not clear right away if users might need to intervene for some apps or not when a new index update is published.
So... for starters we need to make this clearer in the Updates tab
Proposed mockup:

Ideas:
- have separate sections
- autoupdated section might have or not the Update button (based on Settings, if autoupdates is toggled ON)
- big
?
icon should pop up a dialogue informing the user that _"These apps were built for an older version of Android and can't be auto-updated."
/LE: Per app banner, thanks to @TheLastProject
