"Updates" tab not changing after installed apps are updated

• Device OS and version: Android 12
• Device model/manufacturer: Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite
• F-Droid version (in the About screen): 1.13.4

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

I was updating an app. I did the following:

• Opened up F-Droid
• Go to the "Updates" tab, where it shows "Download update for 1 app. F-Droid"
• Tap "Update All"
• After it downloads, I tap "Update".
• Then, I tap "Updae" in the "Do you want to update this app?" prompt.
• After it installs, I reopen F-Droid.
• Go to the "Updates" tab and you will still see "Download update for 1 app. F-Droid".

What did you expect to see?

I expected to see something saying "All apps are updated".

What did you see instead?

I still saw "Download update for 1 app. F-Droid". It somehow still thinks I didn't update the apps when in fact, I did.
