EntryV2 name should be called Entry

Since entry.jar is its own data format separate from index-v2.json, it should be considered v0. entry.jar seems much more future proof than index-v2.json, so even when we make index-v3.json, entry.jar will most likely remain the same.

So code references to EntryV2 should be renamed to Entry.
