Update when multiple variants of a version are available picks the "wrong" one

F-Droid 1.13.1

Telegram has 3 variants of the 8.4.4 version in the repo. On update F-Droid picks the (by far) largest one. In some older version of F-Droid it was at least possible to see that they differed in multiarch support, is that still so? Why was this information hidden?

Anyway.. it would be nice to have some possibility to specify which variant should be preferred on updates, or at least alert the user that multiple variants are possible. Also, I doubt that picking multiarch packages by default makes any sense.
