Use Android AppSearch as the default search backend

Regarding https://www.reddit.com/r/fdroid/comments/qe1j6q/some_honest_feedback_fdroids_search_is_quite_bad/, I wonder if I add a new default searching algorithm via https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/search/appsearch, will it anyway be merged?
