Dual channel network acceleration

To have dual channel network acceleration support in fdroid client, it will help fdroid get faster connection speeds. It allows to connect to both sim data, and wifi data at the same time.

I initially thought that {maybe this is realme UI specific thing and hence, only available to pre-installed applications}, but no, since WA was not preinstalled. So, it must mean that is base android thing and other apps can take benefit of it too.
