Some categories are empty if the system language is different from english

Since 0.83 (and also in 0.84-TEST) the categories are displayed in the system language (French for me) and if the category name is different in this language the category is showed empty. However, if the category name is the same in both the category is displayed normally. For example the category "games" ("jeux" in French) is empty if the system language is French, and full if I set the default language to English.
