Apps not installing

• Device model/manufacturer: S9+ Samsung
• F-Droid version (in the About screen):1.11
• F-Droid privileged extension version (if installed):

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

I downloaded the update for simple file manager, simple contacts and Voucher vault. Then I tried to install them

What did you expect to see?

A completed install

What did you see instead?

Nothing, the updated seemed to finish. The box dissapeared but I still needed to update the apps. There were no error messages.
