Let's Encrypt is losing its cross-signature, no longer working on Android older than v7.1.1.

Running repos without Let's Encrypt would be a lot harder. Is it possible to include the Let's Encrypt CA Cert in fdroidclient for older Android version? If we're lucky, @commonsguy's backport of network security configuration will work for us.
