Mysterious Download of App Update for App not Installed

App configured for auto-updating installed apps

What did you expect to see?

Installed apps downloaded and presented for update where updates were available

What did you see instead?

Yesterday F-Droid auto-downloaded and prompted me to install updates for installed apps and one additional app that was not installed, and I'd never heard of. I haven't installed any new apps in a while and have had auto updates since my last installation without issue. The app in question is Kwik COMP. Even if I had the app installed its last reported update was about a month ago. I know of no reason this app should have appeared in an update process and found it concerning. Image simply shows the app in my update workflow. Unsure what other data would be of value.
