Language options is missing at settings

• Device OS and version:android 9.0
• Device model/manufacturer:samsung
• F-Droid version (in the About screen): 1.8 (latest)
• F-Droid privileged extension version (if installed):-

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

Tried to change language in settings from persian to english ( device language is persian)

What did you expect to see?

language and theme tab at Settings > Aspect

What did you see instead?

Couldn't find language tab at Settings > Aspect and i only have theme tab! language tab is missing!
