The (German) "Update" confusion - Titles must be exchanged

What did you expect to see?

"Updates" in the bottom bar under the bell and "Aktualisierungen" in settings

What did you see instead?

"Aktu...ngen" in the bottom bar and "Updates" in settings

With this commit merged with merge request !773 usage of "Updates" in tab and pref should become different. Sadly it's now the exact opposite of what was expected. I will change the two strings on Weblate. This one to "Updates" as it's the bell label and this as settings headline to "Aktualisierungen". Is there a way to lock certain translations so they cannot be changed anymore?
