fdoid want to update package already updated

• Device OS and version: Lineage OS 15.1, build 18 june, 27 june, 3 july (not more tested)

• F-Droid version (in the About screen):

F-droid 1.2.2 (should be latest, f-droid itself does not see any update for itself, and the webpage does not clearly state the current version)

• F-Droid privileged extension version (if installed):

no, and no root

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

I installed some packages (a couple of examples: KeePassDroid, Call Recorder), after a while I saw they need to be updated, and so I did. After very little time (hours) I saw they need to be updated again and again. Double checking the version number, I found out the app is already at the latest version, and somehow f-droid want to re-update it.
