[Feature Request] Add option to import/export list of installed apps

It happens that when changing a cellphone, ROM or making a factory reset, you loose everything (obviously). So, it would be great that F-Droid had a feature to create a list of F-Droid-installed apps, so I just import that list (e.g. it could be a plaintext file with the apps' names/IDs) to my new device and F-Droid automatically download and install those apps.

And a more elaborated idea, is to also support (optional) installation for specific versions of the backup list, and most importantly to add a warning when there are not-found or incompatible apps, instead of failing and being unable to install the rest of the working apps.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
