Fails to install on Lineage OS, OnePlus 3T

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

Fresh install.
Download APK.
Browse to file.
Select file.
File doesn't run, no error message, nothing.

What did you expect to see?

Installation screen

What did you see instead?

Nothing visibly happens on screen

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
