What did you do? (clear steps if possible)
I am behind a squidguard transparent proxy
This proxy handle https inspections (for my kids) by doing endpoint tls (man in the middle implementation)
I have deployed and autosigned CA cert on all devices. The proxy creates TLS certs on behalf of this authority. All apps but f-droid are happy with this and works fine (just a normal persistent warning "Network may be monitored")
Tried to use / refresh repo / search / install apps.
What did you expect to see?
internet connection (Apps in repos...)
What did you see instead?
java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Trust anchor for certification path not found. Seems that f-droid does not take care of user trusted authorities.
