search screen bad scroll performance

• Device OS and version: LineageOS 14.1
• Device model/manufacturer: moto e (2nd Gen - surnia)
• F-Droid version (in the About screen): 1.0-alpha1

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

1. Have an updated index
2. Search for fdroid
3. Scroll down the resulting list (there should be at least 50 matches)

What did you expect to see?

Scrolling works a normal, without stuttering

What did you see instead?

Scrolling is suffering from serious performance penalties, it's stuttering all the time. Sometimes it freezes for almost a second.
