Shorter menubar: remove "Tutorials" and "Repomaker"

The menubar is ridiculously long, especially in some languages other than English. "Tutorials" and "Repomaker" were added there as a quick way to raise their visibility. That has been achieved, so it is time to restore the menubar to a reasonable length.
