Use the term FLOSS instead of FOSS

To stay neutral between FSF and OSI, the term FLOSS (Free/Libre and Open Source Software) would be better. It would make it more clear that the "free" stands for freedom, not price. FOSS could also be written as "free Open Source Software" (suggesting that the "free" means it costs nothing). Also in FOSS, Free Software has one letter while Open Source Software has two.
