Suggestion: Split the Contributors in about.md into programmers and translators

As a translator, I think translators have a different role when playing the contributing game, and I'd like to have my name under a Translator title but not a mixed "Contributors", that's all.

It's nothing vital, just close this issue if you would rather not to change it~
