404 Not Found for Neko Project 2 for Android

So, I got linked to the download for Neko Project 2 for Android, but it's not there, and tracing back, there's a page for it on fossdroid.com too, which is confusing me. Was it brought down for some reason? Screenshots are here:

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
