Include a link to the F-Droid app page on the home page

It would be useful if you have a link to the app page (with the infos about permissions, versions, etc.) on the home page, not just the download link. Saves one of searching the app via the app search.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
