should all links in app descriptions be clickable?

Following up on fdroidclient#1000, we need to work out whether we really can support all links in descriptions being clickable on the website. There are all sorts of concerns, like phishing, Cross Site Scripting attacks, iframes, privacy issues, tracking, etc. Its clear we do not want <img>/<embed> tags and things like that.
