official mirrors out of date & missing archive/

Some official mirrors seem to be out of date by one index version (though none by >14d now), but only on archive/.

@eighthave @uniqx Could this be related to the modifications where archive/ gets synced less frequently now?

It seems fdroid.tetaneutral.net was out of date by >14d because they sync from ftp.fau.de, which is one of the mirrors still one index version behind, so likely a compounded delay.

In addition, mirror.cyberbits.eu and mirror.ossplanet.net are listed in the client and index as archive mirrors but both only provide repo/.
