We have a global FUNDING.yml in https://github.com/f-droid/.github/. I removed PayPal, Bitcoin, and my eighthave account from GitHub Sponsors in https://github.com/f-droid/.github/commit/7d3cdfda11dce06805d8bd2d2f18ab309ab5c77f so removing this local FUNDING.yml will inherit those changes.
