android-rebuilds is unreachable

Hi,

The android-rebuilds build server has been unreachable for a while.

It seems that the SSH proxy (tunnel@gcc137.osuosl.org) is not working anymore.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
