More F-Droid Weblate admins

There are some people I would like to involve.

What is the consensus on adding https://hosted.weblate.org/user/sveinki/ who is https://forum.f-droid.org/u/sveinki/summary on the forum.

Can't do it right away, since the F-Droid backend is a bit fragile.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
