New mirror fdroid.garym.co

Hi everyone,

After speaking with @eighthave I've prepared a repo mirror at https://fdroid.garym.co/repo. It's serving HTTP(S), is backed by two US-based VPSes (Newark, NJ and Los Angeles, CA), and is being synchronized every ten minutes. It is synchronizing only the main repository (not the archive) due to disk space constraints.

I've also written a quick script to enable me to remotely monitor the status of the syncing beyond cronjob emails (while still only serving static files) at https://gitlab.com/snippets/1834032. I can expanded upon it if it could be useful.

Please let me know how I can proceed, and what if any additions I can make. In the meantime I'm working on some basic documentation for setting up a mirror.

I'm also looking for guidance on what should display on the front page (a redirect to f-droid.org perhaps?).
