aapt2 fails to run on the buildserver - AGP 8.12.0-alpha07 is latest compatible

Between 8.12.0-alpha07 and 8.12.0-alpha08, aapt2 started to want a CPU that supports BMI1, CPUID, SSE4_1, SSSE3
