Give board contributors group access to forum.f-droid.org

It'll give them access to the Contributors category on the forum. I think this is fine.

I'm hereby submitting the request to make it policy that any board member would also get contributors group access on the forum. I will ensure each board member gets notified when this proposal is accepted.
