Code of Conduct issues

Hi folks,

i've observed serious code of conduct violations back in July by a recent member of the f-droid project, this person goes by the name Sylvia Van Os.

this member used ableist epithets multiple times that really are unacceptable in 2022 in an open source project that has an explicit Code of Conduct such as f-droid's.

i'm basically following up on this since i'm a long term user of the bearded robot with a passion for FLOSS and would like to understand why was the ableist abuse just deleted and the person is still apparently a part of f-droid team? specially given that another member in the comments points out the code of conduct violations.

i'm opening the issue here as per the instructions in the Code of Conduct, let me know if there's a more appropriate place for this discussion.
