set up cloudflare.f-droid.org with sponsored account from Cloudflare's Project Galileo
Cloudflare's CDN is globally available, including in mainland China, and is generally quite fast. @proletarius101 has been working on getting sponsorship #229 from them so we can use their services without cost. At the very least, having a mirror there would make sense. Fully hosting f-droid.org there would not since they captcha/block connections over Tor unless they are coming from Tor Browser. It could make sense to have a multi-CDN setup with f-droid.org pointing to Cloudflare for countries where it is clearly the best option.
