add fossdd as contributor
I want to propose adding @fossdd as contributor and giving them reporter status. They started with my "online courses" a couple of weeks ago and are quite active already. Reporter status would help to self-assign (and unassign) issues worked on as well as "kicking the bot" for rescans (according to GitLab's permission overview that should be possible on RFP issues at least).
