Cannot load itx-files generated by Specs Prodigy to visualize them with Navarp

At the moment, I am working with ALBA synchrotron LOREA's code and running it at Jupyter notebook. I am able to load LOREA's data in .nxs files but, unfortunately, I cannot load files in other formats as .itx. The error message I get is the following:
