Coordination around meeting point(s) ( 1-to-N participants)

Expected Behavior

There should be a way for an assesse/assessor to create a meeting point. Ideally, both of them can suggest a way for communication. MVP: assessors can leave a note/hint/link somewhere, for the assessee to find them.

Possible Implementation

the assessment has a data-field where everybody who is part of the assessment can submit somhting. e.g IPFS hashes. Currently, there are no events emitted when somebody attahces data
