In this milestone, we will introduce a public-facing user claim profile. This will allow users to select which of their claims they wish to share with the world. To facilitate this evolution, we will transition from ipfs to hyperdb, a distributed database that will also allow for a single living instance of all a user's claims.

Here are some of the things we'll need to achieve during this milestone:

• run a bridge node for hyperdb
• migrate from ipfs to hyperdb
• publish on-chain registry for public profiles
• implement public profile feature
