As I continue to onboard, I'm sharing all notes and questions in the "Onboarding Kim" milestone.

Beyond answers and conversation, please share any thoughts and feedback with me (including the ways I actually use Gitlab- this is all new to me!).

Motivation and Context

I'm looking to gain a better understanding of the Fathom protocol with the greater mission of community building and research

Questions

1. What is the typical average stake for the assessor (when assessing the assessee)?
2. Do assessors gain greater weight by staking more on the assessee?
3. Does “weight” = reputation?
4. What are the ways in which assess(ee/or)increase their weight?
   1. Staking more?
   2. Participating more?
   3. Anything else?
5. How do you imagine the community deciding on different passing scores?
6. Do you think most community members will lessen the weight/score assigned to the assessee? does this statement make sense?
7. Does this essentially mean that knowledge communities could create a concept or community specific grading system (e.g. A-F)
