I think work on this MS went rather smoothly. The one issue that is still open atm, has been added later on, when we a discussion about Concept-forking/ protocol updates showed us that the boundaries between those two milestones were rather fluid. I think this could not have been resolved earlier on, at least not without a longer discussion which at that point in time was not fitting our schedule.

One other thing which is very related to this MS and could be moved here is concept-taxation, which currently is in another MS which supposely ends on Dec 1.

I think it makes sense to leave that one over there and finish this MS on the same date. (i am setting the new date to Dec. 1 too

work on this MR was in fact finished on time, yet somehow i missed that tests were failing. Unfortunately, it did not get reviewed until now. My fault in this was that when finishing the work and going on vacation, I did not make it very explicit to pass on responsability to seeing this through to the reviewer. Yet I also wished that the reviewer would have acted as a second layer and pinged me to see this through.

I'll redate this to a week from now, as I think this should be enough to fix the one leftover bug and merge it in.
