archive/issue/37-openqcd-1.6
Archive of the merge of the openQCD 1.6 features.
-
archive/issue/40-additional-smearing-flags
Archive of the first attempt at fixing Issue #40. As this has been fixed by other means this branch is deprecated.
-
archive/merge/SmearAndAniso
Archive of the first smear-aniso merge This branch is very similar to that which is currently implemented into the dedicated development branch (commit e139219), and is therefore only needed for archiving reasons.
-
archive/merge/feature/smearing
Feature branch for stout smearing This is a snapshot of the stout smearing feauture branch before it was rebased onto the anisotropic feature branch (which has already been merged into the development branch).

archive/issue/3-function-comments
Archive of the work done on issue #3 These function comments are probably not necessary anymore, at least not for me. I might reopen this and merge them into the development at a later stage to help anyone taking over this work. In any case, whoever sees this can do that themselves.
-
archive/issue/14-index-the-boundary-links-for-the-smearing-process
Archive of the work on Issue #14 I decided to take a different approach to communication w.r.t. the smearing and unsmearing routines, so this branch is not relevant. It will be kept in an archive in case I ever pick the idea back up.
-
archive/feature/smearing
Archive of work on feature/smearing This is the detailed commit log of the work in feature/smearing which was rebased into a cleaner development history in merge/feature/smearing. In short; it details the main bulk of the development that went into implementing stout smearing into the OpenQCD code base.

archive/feature/anisotropic-no-rebase
Archive for work on the anisotropic action before rebase At some point I rebased this branch onto the current "devel" branch at the time (branch that had formatting with clang-format) so that I could include its changes into the eventual merge with smearing a bit easier. This rebase was a bit messy, and therefore I have archived this for future reference in case we need it. Most likely we will not as a diff between the rebased and the non-rebased branched only return whitespace diffs.
