All dependencies running but no .gb files created
Dear Mathieu,
I've been trying without success to set up Busco on my Mac (macOS High Sierra 10.13.5).
Here are my steps: I installed busco and all of its requirements with miniconda, all of the commands seem to work:
$ BUSCO_v1.2.py -h
$ busco -h
$ augustus --help
$ hmmsearch -h
However, when I run the sample example, I get no results and an error message:
$ BUSCO_v1.2.py -in target.fa -l example/ -m genome -o test -f -sp fly -c 1

I already made $AUGUSTUS_CONFIG_PATH writeable and even tried to copy it to somewhere else to make sure busco will have writing permissions.
Also, Augustus seems to run correctly with the following code:
$ augustus --species=fly target.fa
Do you have any idea how I can solve this issue? Thank you very much.
