missing BUSCO gene set is acutally present in the genome
I did busco analysis on the genome. And when I manually inspected the missing gene set I found that the genes in the missing gene set are actually present in the genome by referring to the orthodb website for that particular busco gene id (as an example EOG09360ZQL id was found in the missing gene set but when I looked at the busco cluster (http://www.orthodb.org/?query=EOG09360ZQL) there is a maize gene in this cluster) in the missing set. Please help me explain why the busco didn't recover those genes and classified them as complete or fragmented.
