Best lineage choice(s) for frog(s)
Hello,
This is more of a support question - what would the best choice for a BUSCO evaluation of a de novo assembly of a frog genome? I tried eukayota, and then vertebrata, but it looks as though tetrapoda is taking the longest time - which I'm assuming it meant it found the most genes.
Also for initial training, which species would be best, human? (That's what BUSCO automagically chose). Is there a gene training set from a frog/salamander available? TIA
