Busco cannot load the newest version
Hi, my busco has been stuck on the augustus running step. I switched to the newest version of busco /4.1.4. However, whenever the program runs, it still calls out the order version /4.0.6. Could you please help me figure out a solution for it? I am attaching my script, output and log files here.
