Don't allow users to remove additional filter lists
The extension allows administrators to specify filter lists which should be preinstalled and which the user should not be able to remove. This behavior was reflected in the old options page which simply hid the remove button for such filter lists. However, the new options page hasn't considered this requirement yet (see trac#6432) so we should make sure that all places in the UI consider this requirement.
For example, the user can remove a filter list via:
- For any filter list:
- "More Filters" section in General tab
- Filter list's context menu in Advanced tab
- For language filter lists:
- Language dialog in General tab
- For default filter lists for privacy and social-blocking:
- Checkboxes in Advanced tab
- For Acceptable Ads-related lists:
- Checkboxes in General tab
