Note: The section was refactored because we did include an illustration already for inactive states as part of ticket https://gitlab.com/eyeo/adblockplus/abpui/adblockplusui/-/issues/851 (spec MR here: https://gitlab.com/eyeo/specs/spec/-/merge_requests/358) Right now we're aiming for a "catch-all" fix
