Use common_notification_hide intead options_notification_hide and issueReporter_notification_hide

Background

During #87 (closed) we have noticed that we are using(options_notification_hide and issueReporter_notification_hide) duplicate string so we have unified them into common_notification_hide in current merge request.

What to change

Use common_notification_hide intead options_notification_hide and issueReporter_notification_hide in the UI
